Refund Policy

Full payment for all programs is required in advance, except where a written agreement is made for monthly installments. The option to pay in installments applies only to Neurolanguage Coaching® programs longer than four sessions.

 

The System Mapping session is a mandatory first step in both the Neurolanguage Coaching® Program and the Technical Interview Mastery Program. The cost of the System Mapping session is non‑refundable. However, if the client commits to a full program of at least four sessions, the cost of the System Mapping will be deducted from the total program fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session. This applies to all sessions, including the System Mapping. If the client does not cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, the session will be counted as delivered and is therefore non‑refundable.

For the Technical Interview Mastery Program, the System Mapping session is included as a mandatory first step.

• If the client does not cancel or reschedule the System Mapping of the Technical Interview Mastery Program at least 48 hours in advance, the session will be counted as delivered. In this case, the standalone cost of the System Mapping (listed as 75 euros) will be retained by CNL, and the remaining portion of the program fee will be refunded.

• The same cancellation and rescheduling conditions apply for the program's sessions.

• If the client chooses to cancel the program and clearly communicates this decision by cancelling the program on the website and/or by sending an email to info@cyberneurolanguage.com, any unused portion of the payment—meaning sessions not yet delivered—will be refunded.

 

Sessions already completed, as well as sessions counted as delivered due to late cancellation or rescheduling, are non‑refundable.
