Service Description
This link lets you reserve one of your live language‑coaching sessions included in your CNL Standby Coach program. You’re free to choose the focus of each session — we’ll align the exact details together on WhatsApp. Once you’ve selected your preferred date and time and completed the booking, we’ll both receive a confirmation email. Based on that confirmation, I’ll set up a Teams invite for you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session. The client is free to cancel the program at any time, but failing to do so in a timely manner will result in the session being counted as delivered.
